How Long Will My Order Take To Make/Ship?
Orders typically take 2-5 business days to make and ship. Please contact us before ordering to confirm the ship date if you need something faster. We maintain a dynamic schedule that allows for emergency and expedited orders when possible, so if you really need the tarp by tomorrow, call us and see what we can do.
Do You Collect Sales Tax?
All shipments to Virginia residents will be charged sales tax. If you live outside of Virginia we will only charged sales tax when required by law. If you are tax exempt in VA, we need you to provide the proper forms and set up an account. Contact us directly to set up an account.
Where Are Your Tarps Made?
We manufacture all of our tarps here in the USA. Our facility is located in Harrisonburg Virginia, just off exit 243 I-81.
Why Do I Need A Tarp?
Tarps may be required by law in many states, but even if they aren't required, they can be important for many reasons:
- Prevent damage from rain, wind, sun, etc.
- Improves fuel efficiency/ gas mileage (tarps can help increase the aerodynamic performance)
- Help keep your load secure and stationary for peace of mind while driving.- Avoid lawsuits from unsecured loads.
What Size Tarp Do I Order?
We make tarps for just about any application, so determining the size is specific to each tarp. If you don't know what size you need, give us a call and we can help find the best option.
What If My Order Is Damaged/Lost?
If your order arrives damaged, either refuse delivery or mark the damage with the delivery driver. Call us ASAP so we can help file a claim and ensure you are taken care of. We are unable to replace damaged or lost items if the packages are signed for and no damage is noted. Please take pictures of any damage.
What If My Order Has A Manufacturing Defect?
If you notice a manufacturing defect, please call us ASAP. We also ask that you take a picture and email it to us for review. If the error is in fact a manufacturing issue, we will work to replace or fix the problem immediately. Defects need to be reported to us with 30 days after receiving the order.
Can I Return My Order?
We do not offer returns for any of our custom tarps. Stock parts can be returned within 30 days, but you will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
How do you ship my order?
We ship to the lower 48 states. Shipments under 150 LBS will be sent using UPS Ground unless otherwise requested/approved. We do not ship to PO boxes.
Larger orders that exceed the 150 LBS will be shipped on a pallet via LTL delivery. This requires a suitable location with a loading dock or fork lift to unload the pallet. You will be required to cover any added costs if you are unable to receive the delivery.
Free pickup is offered during business hours and is a great way to save on shipping. Our facility is located only 3 minutes off of exit 243 on Interstate 81, making local pickup very quick and easy for anyone passing by.
