These extra heavy duty vinyl roll tarps are made to last. Most of the roll tarps we make come in our standard orientation with a pocket for a 2" roll pipe on the driver side and a pocket for a 1" fixed pipe on the passenger side. Webbing reinforcements are sewn over both end hems for added strength and durability. For sizing we typically see 8' wide trailers choose a 10' wide tarp and 8'6" wide trailers choose a 10'6" wide tarp. Each setup can be different though, so please confirm what your trailer, container, or grain cart needs before ordering. Our custom roll tarp builder makes it easy to buy a replacement tarp for any roll tarp application. We can make a single replacement tarp or help cover a whole fleet if you need. The 22oz vinyl is recommended (and our most common selection) because it will hold up the longest. The 18oz vinyl is still commonly used in the industry and is a good choice if you need a color not avilable in the 22oz vinyl, but most of our customers agree the 22oz is just the preferred option.
Front caps and rear caps are common requests for these tarps. We make a lot of these fitted caps, however we need a template (like the old cap) or a detailed drawing. Contact us for more information about ordering caps.
These tarps are made to order in our Virginia facility and ship within 2-5 business days (typically). To start, all of our seams are heat welded to provide a durable and waterproof seal. We use industrial double needle lockstitch machines to sew and use special UV treated outdoor thread with a short stitch length to ensure maximum strength. If you do not see what you need, please contact us to discuss the other custom options that are available (mix and match colors, custom strapping, cut-outs, etc.).
